Free flight meeting at Middle Wallop on 14/10/07

I went with a few club mates to the vintage free flight meeting at Middle Wallop last Sunday. Weather was fantastic - warm, sunny with light winds. This is what our summer should have been yet it was mid October! I took my Sunduster (1947 design) powered by a powerful Forster 29 spark igniton engine. This engine dates from about 1948 and has a very distinctive bark. The housing under the fuz contains the ignition equipment and flight timer. Attached pics show the model and me giving it the heave ho (looks like I was trying to fly as well!)
