| Interesting indoor models vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_iHAdIPDE4o There's an MSR in there but most of the other models look home brew - including an angel, a stubby jumbo and a turtle! Safety first! Never fly near airfields, populated areas, children or cats. (Dogs are ok) | |||

| Interesting indoor models vid Isnt that brilliant! For me its what indoor is all about (where possible) sadley "where possble" is about 100 miles away from London due to hall costs and attendance needed. Nevertheless there is some home brews still finding their way to Twickenham it seems all good stuff Planes are meant to crash, otherwise they'd have feathers | |||

| Interesting indoor models vid A delightful selection of models, makes a pleasant change from the usual shockie types. | |||

| Interesting indoor models vid Brilliant, if indoor flying was along these lines then I would probably have an interest. | |||

| Interesting indoor models vid what's stopping you. Twickenham is a great venue to try some thing new. As it is to a point any thing goes ( as long as it is safe ) then time can be requested for the fragile models to fly. Never had a problem in sorting this out. Admittedly it's usually carnage. | Interesting indoor models vid We could just run a klaxon system like at Nationals; one blast and everybody comes in to let the fragile home-brews out for 10 minutes, then a second blast to signify a return to total carnage! Safety first! Never fly near airfields, populated areas, children or cats. (Dogs are ok) | |||

Interesting indoor models vid Quote:Originally posted by QuackingPlums After the second blast are 'fragiles' still in the air fair game? ![]() I do like the idea, theres more than a few us now with the likes of the depron E-Flight/Kyosho/Parkzone type of planes that could make use of such time. Too bad stupid isn't painful. Your contribution helps

Interesting indoor models vid Quote:Originally posted by Mudlark I simply don't enjoy the usual indoor flying type of model that makes up 95% of what comes out. I did get to a few of the very first indoor meets way back when and home builds etc were the thing, and very good fun it was too. shockies and the like soon took over, not knocking them its horses for courses, they and the like just don't do it for me. Keep up the good work Dave, without people like you indoor just wouldn't happen.

| Interesting indoor models vid Steve - just to let you know you're not the only one who feels that way! I just don't see the point of spending time, money and effort building something, only to have it smashed out of the air. I never flew C/L combat for the same reasons. | |||

Interesting indoor models vid Quote:Originally posted by Richard Archdeacon I'd give them a minute to land but yeah, if they want to stay out then it's no worse for them than it is now! ![]() I too have several Parkzone/Kyosho ultra micros but daren't bring them now as they can't hold up to the shockies. Also, we have some new blood coming along who are really taking the opportunity to learn to fly so even though they're only flying slow models, they could do with having the full length of the hall! Safety first! Never fly near airfields, populated areas, children or cats. (Dogs are ok)
