Nice offer. Unfortunatly I never like to order over the internet from a site that doesn't display their postal address (a virtual office address doesn't count).

Thanks Giskard, you'd be most welcome to avail of the offer.

Incidentally, we don't publish a postal address because we don't have a shopfront. We are required by law (being an established UK Limited company) to provide our registered office address on all invoices and stationery. Product returns are handled individually and we will give an appropriate returns address to either our warehouse or a supplier when a return is requested. This is one of the mechanisms we are able to leverage in order to keep our direct costs as low as possible.

However I recognise that your concerns are valid, and, having checked our site I see that our full credentials were omitted accidentally from our About Us page in our last update. This has been corrected (excuse our dust - we only launched last week!). You can view this information now. Thanks for the catch

Oh, and a note about protection when buying online. Purchases in the UK (the only territory to which we ship at this time) are protected under the Distance Selling Regulations, which we adhere to. Further more, as an additional layer of protection for our customers, we have chosen to accept payment by PayPal - which offers you free 'buyer protection' because we have a verified business account at PayPal. It actually costs us more to accept payments by this method but we felt that customers would appreciate the additional protection offered by the UK's most trusted online payment processor.

I understand that you do not like to see 'virtual office addresses' but I do wish to highlight that these are a perfectly legitimate and legal way for companies to fulfil their statutory obligations and in my experience, I find that verifying whether these credentials are available, and what payment methods are being offered can be a much more useful metric for determining 'site safety' than just the absence (or presence) of a postal address.

We're a real bunch of people and if you have concerns I would urge you to call us and speak to us. Our number is - and always has been - on the front page of our web site.

And finally, as a gesture of good faith I'm happy to credit your account with £5 (which you can use towards the cost of any item on our site) and you can still use the 10% offer discount.
