Launching Gliders

Hi All,

A somewhat newbe question, can the Multiplex Easy Glider be handlaunched of a slope?

Maybe someone could clarifiy the whole launching options thing for me, i.e when do you need bungies and winches to launch gliders and when will a hand launch be ok?

Reason for the question is the slope I want to fly at wont allow launch mechanisms because its a public place.

Hi Chris, the easy glider is a hand launch model at the slopes, winches and bungies are normally only used for flat field launching of non powered gliders.

Ahhhh..thanks. I guess the tow start is used on flat fields also
