Hi

I was looking for a decent sized EPP flying wing

Could anyone recommend something that they have found good??

Thanks

Ele-Beevolution electric (48 inch) from www.windrider.com.hk They also make a 60 and 100 incher!

I've had the original Ele-Bee for years, started life with a brushed speed 400 on 7xAR500... now its brushless using a Mega 16/15/4 and 3 cells 2100 lipo and it comes some

The same wing here was the Irvine X-ite...

I think Andy at Robotbirds sells the Windrider range now.

I have the Irvine X-Ite and its fantastic. Using a fairly pricey Mega brushless motor in it (16/15/4 I think?) and any 3 cell pack around 2000mah with a 6x4 APC prop. Its pretty quick!

I also have a smaller Tom flying wing from Robotbirds with a cheap brushless outrunner setup from Giant Cod and a 1300mah 3 cell pack which is pretty good fun, though sadly the exact power set isn't available now. That's fairly nippy too.

Wow thanks that plane is the sort of thing I'm looking for!!

What is the biggest prop you could fit in there as i already have a possibly ideal motor that spins an 8X4 - would that fit or would i have to chop some foam off??

The Irvine X-ITE looks good to me!! Again, Would i be able to fit an 8X4 prop in there or would there not be enough space??

Does anyone else have their opinion of a decent flying wing??

Thanks

8x4 prop... yes, you could make it fit.

You could always check out www.flyingwings.co.uk
